Treatment with Homeopathy

We first came to Denise in October 2006, we had been rec-ommended through a friend. Our daughter Poppy 18months old at the time was having sleep and behaviour problems, these included; tantrams that involved head-banging, biting, slapping which could last for up to 40 minutes at a time and on a bad day we might be getting 10-12 of these!

She had had constant ear infections 7 within 9 months, which she was prescribed antibiotics, a weeks worth at a time, which as we know is not only bad for the immune sys-tem, but also really disrupted her eating pattern and was generally just horrendous for her!! Health visitors and clinical psychologists had given their ad-vise on trying to help with her behaviour and sleeping which we had tried to a tee and all to no avail.

This is when we came to Denise, as a family we were really at the end of our tether!!

The first thing Denise did was to listen to all our problems and give meaning and understanding to everything that was going on i.e; regarding the carrying and birth of Poppy and exactly what was going on during and after this period.

Denise decided the first thing to tackle was the ear-infections, so the first remedy that was given to Poppy was for her ear-infections, this had an amazing result, Poppy has never suffered another one since that day, we're in April now and still counting the days!!

The head banging/tantrums was the next step to be taken and again has had a profound result, this did not happen over night but with alot of support from Denise and trying a few different remedies the results have been profound, the tantrums have calmed down to the point that they are few and far between and are controllable...like any two year old toddler, and the biting has stopped.

The sleepless nights have resulted with her sleeping upto 8 hours instead of the broken 4-5.

We can only say thank you for your amazing amount of support and compassion and true understanding of what we have been through and your help for us to see the light at the end of the tunnel!!

I turned to homeopathy following recommendations from family and friends, after a spate of ill health. I found the holistic approach much more suited to my way of thinking than ‘conventional’ medicine, and more useful.

Denise looked at why I had been feeling unwell and sought to treat these, rather than merely my symptoms.

My daughter developed eczema around 8 months of age. Nothing topical helped whatsoever. After researching the connection between maternal consumption of cows milk andinfant eczema, I ceased all cows milk in my diet. My daughter's eczema cleared about 80%. But we couldn't move to complete healing no matter what I tried.

After seeing Denise and receiving remedies (which I took myself as my daughter was still exclusively breastfed), my daughter's eczema cleared completely, never to return. She is two years old and we have never had even a tiny patch of eczema recur anywhere on her face or body. Amazing! She can consume cows milk withouttrouble as well.

When My son was a baby he suffered with terrible tummy pains and his nappies were green (as a result of being on antibiotics for several months for a condition called hyperspadia which turned out to be chordee).

Denise gave him a remedy and by the next morning he was a changed boy. No more pulling his knees to his chest and crying in pain and he had the best nappy I had ever seen him produce! He never did have a recurrence of this tummy trouble ever.

When my daughter was a toddler she woke with a fever. I had spoken to Denise about how difficult I'd found it to administer Calpol when she was so out of it. Denise gave me a remedy in a small tablet form. The next time she woke in the middle of the night with a temperature I popped the remedy on a spoon and it was taken by her so easily. Literally within minutes her temperature fell and she was calm and ready for sleep again.

Treatment with Thought Field Therapy and Homeopathy in combination

My daughter is a seven year old who had been referred to CAMS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health) when she was four her challenging behaviour. Her behaviour had become difficult at school as well as home. School had enlisted Behaviour Support Services for her in an effort to help. I have found it increasingly difficult to deal with her.
My daughter saw Denise and Hilary on three separate occasions. The difference has been phenomenal. Hand eye co-ordination is superb.

Upon her meeting Hilary and Denise school had reported she needed help with catching a ball. Within ten minutes of doing exercises with Hilary she could catch a small beanbag in either or both hands!

She is far more positive in herself. No longer does she wake unhappy. She now sees the positives rather than arguing about what isn't right.

She is now sleeping in her own bed every night. She may start in mum's bed but does stay in her own. This is the first time she's done this since she was in a cot.

She is much better at listening Before seeing Hilary and Denise she could not hold her concentration to hear what was being said to her. She now listens and her understanding is much better. Her social worker had noticed how much calmer she was. She has been able to make friendships and keep them. She is far more comfortable with herself. The house is much calmer. She will sing during the day, (this has not happened for about three years).

She is much happier in herself and less angry

My 4 year old daughter Hannah started seeing Denise in August 2007. Hannah had a history of suffering from chronic ear infections and tonsillitis. She also suffered from frequent high temperatures. Her digestion was poor and she did not seem to be growing very much. Her sleep pattern at night was very disturbed, which left both parents exhausted. After our first visit to see Denise, Hannah had her first full nights sleep following her remedy. Thankfully this has continued ever since. Hannah's tonsils were extremely enlarged and taking the remedy that Denise prescribed helped them go back to a normal size. Hannah's digestion is so much better and she is growing well.

Denise has also treated me, as I have a history of suffering from M.E. (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I feel so much stronger than I have in a long time.
