If you are a student or graduate Homeopath needing supervision Denise is available to help. Denise has completed the Purton House Supervision training course and is on The Society of Homeopaths Supervisors List (practitioners on this list have agreed to use the code of ethics and practice for supervisors to guide their supervisory practice). The code of ethics and practice for supervisors draws attention to the need for those working as supervisors to be trained, practiced and experienced in the modes of supervision they employ, and to be in regular supervision themselves.
What is Supervision? It's a formal and mutually agreed arrangement. Practitioners, tutors or students contract to reflect on their work regularly with a supervisor who is an experienced and competent practitioner and who is prepared, through a recognised training in supervision, for the roles employed within the supervision process. (SOH Code of Ethics).
What does your supervisor do? Encourage your individual growth. Support you, respecting your personal needs. Mentor, your professional work. Tutor you, help you to develop your own skills, understanding and self awareness.
